Terms of Service — AI Career Copilot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Career Copilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Career Copilot is an AI-powered mobile application that helps job seekers create resumes, cover letters, interview preparation materials, video introduction scripts, and professional photos. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on user input.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Pro Max ($19.99/month) plans.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and subject to their terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the App (resumes, cover letters, interview answers, scripts) is created by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy before use.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will secure you a job or interview.
You retain ownership of content you create using the App, including AI-generated outputs based on your input.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you submit to employers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content for job applications
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise App security

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, AI models, and branding are owned by AI Career Copilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Career Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
