End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AI Career Copilot ("Licensor") for the use of the AI Career Copilot mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on a single mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any portion thereof
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Application to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Application
• Use the Application to develop competing products or services
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Ownership

The Application, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of the Licensor. This EULA does not convey any ownership interest in the Application. User-generated content (resumes, cover letters, etc.) created through the Application remains the property of the User.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate career documents and content. The Licensor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use. The Licensor is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in job applications.

6. Subscription Services

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. The Licensor reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and features with reasonable notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Apple App Store

This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
